About

A workspace for every LLM app your team ships

We built Monogram after facing the same problem on every LLM project: no reliable way to version prompts, track evaluation results, or link evaluation to deployment.

Built production LLM apps at growing startups, focused on the gap between evaluation and deployment. After seeing teams recreate the same plumbing for each project, chose to build the infrastructure layer.

Why we built this

On every LLM project, we found the same scattered setup: evaluation scripts that went unmaintained, prompt versions recorded in a document without diff history, and deployment disconnected from evaluation. We shipped to production without knowing if the prompt was better or worse than the previous version.

Monogram is the workspace we kept reaching for while working on other projects. It joins prompt engineering, evaluation, and deployment into one loop instead of leaving each team to rebuild them separately.
