An eval run executes an evaluation suite against one prompt version. A 50-case suite run once is one run; run against three prompt versions and it is three runs. Runs stopped by configuration errors before any cases execute do not count toward your quota.

A seat means a user who can log in and use your workspace. Team allows up to 8 seats. Members can be added or removed in workspace settings anytime. If you need over 8, Pro has no seat cap.

Your data stays intact. The downgrade starts when your current billing period ends. Then your workspace is limited to 1 active developer, and Team-only features, including regression tracking and deployment pipelines, become read-only. Export all data anytime in workspace settings.

Yes. Any plan can export prompts, including full version history, and eval results in JSON or CSV from workspace settings anytime. Your data belongs to you, not us.
